My name is Eugene Chen, and I am a graduate of Cornell University, from which I received a BA in government and an MPA in government, politics, and policy studies. Outside of my research in foreign policy, I find fascination in technology and amusement in video gaming. As for my particular tastes and preferences, I have a passion for the writings of J.R.R. Tolkien, a penchant for most things Japanese, and a weakness for classical music.
